Description
The tulip is a perennial, bulbous plant of the Liliaceae family, native to Central Asia,
later embraced by Europe and widely cultivated there.
The Dutch fascination with tulips began in the sixteenth century, when their lavish forms became symbols
of wealth.
A single bulb of Semper Augustus was said to be worth a villa,
triggering the first recorded speculative bubble in history—Tulip Mania.
Today, countries around the world celebrate their own “Tulip Days,”each in its own way.
To call it the queen of flowers is hardly an exaggeration.
If a vase were to hold only one flower, it would be the tulip.
Its beauty does not rely on abundance; one stem is enough.
From standing tall to bowing its head,
from gentle sway to gradual decline,
every stage carries its own quiet grace.
FNF crocheted tulips are crafted with precision.
From stamen to petal, each detail is created in dialogue with the plant itself.
A bendable wire runs through the stem, allowing it to curve naturally,
echoing the changing arcs and gestures of a tulip in life.
