Refund policy
Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order once the product has been shipped.
Returns
As each piece is handmade and made to order, returns or exchanges are only accepted in cases of defects or if an incorrect item has been received. We appreciate your understanding.
If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, please submit a return request within 7 days of delivery. Kindly include photographs and your receipt, and contact us via email at forestneverfade@gmail.com or through our Instagram Direct Message.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
If the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item), return shipping costs will be covered by us. No restocking fee will be charged.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable number of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at forestneverfade@gmail.com.
